NY CPA License application

    passed all 4 tests and In the process of applying for my license. On form 4 it asks for work experience history…

    I have been at PwC the past 5 years but also spend 1 year at deloitte and 6 months at a small firm. Do i need to list out all 3 on form 4? Also Do I need to have all 3 firms fill out and send from 4B or can i just have PwC do it?

    I think the form states that you should list all employment since college until the present. You also have to list the years, months and days that each job contributes to experience. You only need one employer to fill out the experience form as long as it meets the requirements.
