I have a question on #20, since NASBA will submit my scores do I even fill this out? Should I skip this question or add my scores there? Thanks!!

I would fill in the table… What possible harm can come from completing it?
Where as not filling it in, if you should… will cause a delay.

#1 is a win/win
#2 is a no win.
