NTS expiration

    Does anyone know the reason why NTS expire? I mean the process to get the NTS is already long, why did they have to put an expiration date for it too?

    Yeah, that's a good question. I was wondering that myself. It's not like they recheck our transcripts or anything. If you are in a NASBA state, it seems that the 2nd and later NTSs are automatic. As in no human involved. I got my 2nd NTS on a Sunday and I applied for it the day before.
