Alright guys guess not so fast. Making one last post and the final question what is next for the CPA licensure process?? I reside in MI and have passed, haven’t received an official letter but I wanna get things rolling and send in the application. what do I have to do? I have already have over the work hours and can get my partner’s signed off immediately if need. Where do I get the needed forms etc? Any help would be great!

Thank you all and Happy Holidays/ Merry Christmas to all!

@IWannabeaCPA2017 Congratulations on passing the exams! You should go to the CPA Central page and navigate your way to applying for a CPA license. It will provide for you all of the necessary documents to fill out and sign. Make sure, as well, that you have met all the education requirements for your state (i.e. the required amount of hours of upper level accounting coursework, etc).

Congratulations again, and I hope this is helpful! The CPA Central website is pretty helpful! On second thought, it might be the NASBA website. Either way, you should be able to find it easily.

Go to your State Board website…you have to apply for a license through your state board.
