So lets say I have passed 3 exams prior to the new changes happening April 1 of 2017. Everywhere I read says that scores won’t be released until 10 weeks after the testing window. So if you test in quarter two you won’t get your score until August. Does this not seem a little unfair for the people who are on the boarder of potentially losing a score, which means that you might not even get to retake that exam in quarter 3..

It's super unfair, almost makes sense to take the exam again in the beginning of Q3 just in case….which blows

Exactly, but my state at least won't let me register to receive my next NTS until I have received my score.

Whoa I totally didn't know this…I plan to take at least one exam (possibly 2) after the change and now with this I won't be able to be actually certified until August at the earliest?! That's really disappointing

Yeah and the thing that bugs me is lets say you take it early in Apri… So now you can either sit around April through August or you can study for 4 months thinking you might have to retake it in August. Such a joke. If this is the case everyone should get an extension on the time given to pass all four exams in my opinion.

@FARISFUN, there was an email from Becker months ago saying the board were bouncing around the idea of extending the amount of time between credits expiring(allowing more than 18 months to pass) and possibly allowing candidates to take the same test more than once in a quarter.

I haven't seen any followups since that email so maybe those topics died.
