Find 1 of your negative vices/addictions and completely replace it with a positive one. I gave up coffee. I love coffee and that was the problem. I only drank 1.5 – 2.5 cups a day and that was enough to cause unnecessary issues in my life. I even brewed it weak. Gave it up a week ago and I feel awesome and my sleeps have never been better!

Pay off your mortgage if you have one, if you don't save money to buy a house for cash :). It's a great goal, for some people it takes 30 years for others less than 5.

Reading two business books a month is a good goal. Or even one book a month if you want to start that way.

I'll second what Jeff said. I've been reading about a book a month on various topics; finance, health, personal development etc. I've noticed huge dividends from reading. Aaron, the coffee is all yours, lol. Little cups of stress… No thank you!

I resolve to make more political posts on social media, and to argue more often with people I don't know online.
