Only 2 more weeks until my exam. Trying to stay motivated and get through as much as possible this weekend. Hoping to accomplish at least 2 chapters today, 2 chapters tomorrow and 2 the next day. That will leave me with just 3 left. Hoping I can get this done. Any good tips for studying AUD? I find it difficult when there isn’t math to apply to the theory. I am finding some motivation in the fact that I want to be done with everything by August. Any tips appreciated and words of motivation. Good Luck all!

@silliepanda, my only advice for studying AUD, which I'm in the middle of right now, is to do as many MCQs as possible. You'll start to see patterns in the question.

For example, anytime I see the word “compilation” in the question I know the answer has to do something with not requiring independence, not having to perform test, or not providing any type of assurance.

I picked up on this after doing many NINJA MCQ sessions. Give it a shot! Good luck.

My recommendation, is pay really close attention to tests of controls and what tests are appropriate based on what you want to prove. I was able to take the test while working as an internal auditor, and that helped immensely because I could just think about what we do for tests based on what we are trying to prove. But if this wasn't something I did on a day to day basis I would have done much worse on those types of questions.

@okcpa2015 – do you do lectures and read the book or are you strictly focusing on mcqs. I read chapter 1 from Roger and did the Ninja MCQs for that section. I didn't rock the questions but I did better than I thought I would.
