Hi All,

Just finished BEC and do not know what to think 🙁

I got many IT questions which I had to guess on and many others.

Feeling so bad because I invested 6 weeks using Becker, Ninja CPA and CPA Mastery.

Really don’t know what to think! Any advice will be appreciated.

I think knocking out REG in 4 weeks would have been a stretch for me…but I'm also weak on memorization. Know the basics…what's itemized…what's above the line/below the line. The itemized formulas. The difference between itemized expenses on a 1040 vs an S corp, c corp and partnership. Know the entities well…how they're formed, how they distribute cash, and KNOW BASIS for the entity and investor. The distributions are VITAL.

Know UCC code…know contracts, bankruptcy. Know how the SEC works…what the different entities do. Lots of “is it SEC or SOX” sort of stuff. Know liability…know how it applies to offer/acceptance and shipping (destination/shipping point).

I felt HORRIBLE leaving BEC. Felt blindsided and so upset by all of the IT questions. Legit left the test center crying…found out last night I passed with an 81. Keep your head up!
