I had a question for maryland CPAs, I was reading on the department of labor site for the license.
And came across this “The experience that you report on the Report of Practical Experience must be earned within the three years immediately preceding your application.”
Does anyone know what this means? Does it mean if I don’t get the experience w/i 3 years, Do I have to take the exam again eeeek????!?!?!?
Also does the 3 years start when applying for the exam or after passing the exam? It took me around 18 months to pass the whole thing, and I kinda wanted to take a rest before looking for a job. But If I only have 18 more months to get experience I’m kinda on a ticker trying to find a job asap.
