Hi everyone,

This is for Georgia CPA. I mailed my licensing application packet to the Nashville P.O. box address two weeks ago and it was delivered a week ago. I thought I was supposed to be getting a login in email as soon as they received my application but I still have not heard anything. I tried emailing and calling with no response for days. The hotline goes straight to the voice mail whenever you call and no one calls back even if I left a voicemail.
This is so so frustrating….

Anyone else had similar experience you want to share with their licensing department?

Out of curiosity, why did you send it in the mail instead of using the online portal?

I had a question and emailed galicense@nasba.org and got a response the next day.

@Sweet I'm licensed in Georgia. I did my application process all online, which may have been quicker for you to do. As far as reaching them, you just have to e-mail and call them every day (or call multiple times per day) to get status updates. It stinks having to wait, but – if you want updates along the way – you have to be persistent.
