I’ve been with my firm for under a year and so I haven’t experienced a raise yet, but I’m curious as to what you can expect. Obviously there are variables that contribute to ones raise, so lets keep this to what a performer can generally expect. Googling will always bring me to some blog on goingconcern that uses crazy 10% annual raises, and I feel that is extremely unlikely.

So for audit staff in other large regional firms, what have you experienced with your raises/what can one generally expect for a raise?

It may seem kind of low but my firm annual raise is anywhere from 3-5% and its based on performance. But we can expect an annual raise just not sure how much.
