As a Twins fan I was rooting for KC the whole way (still am). No world series appearance in 30 years? They deserve it. Minnesota haven't been to the WS for 23 years; Heck I wasn't even born the last time the Twins won it all.

How about my friggin Royals, the first place I moved to when i first came to the states, was about 45 mins outside of Kansas City in St. Joseph, Missouri. I grew up with the Royals and have endured about 18 yrs of misery until this year. Im so proud of these guys and i glad I stuck with them. GoRoyals, i hope the World Series wont cut into my cramming session next week for my BEC retake Saturday Oct 25th.

I was born and raised in the Kansas City area. I've bled Chiefs red and Royals blue my entire life. Before this year I had forgotten what post season victory feels like. The Chiefs haven't won a post-season game since January 1994 and the Royals not shown their face in October since 1985, when I was only 4 years old! Now, the boys in blue are 4 games away from being world champs!! LET'S-GO-ROYALS-LETS-GO!! **thump** **thump**

Yeah yeah!! I'm not a baseball fan but considering how horrible the royals did before and now is truly amazing!! The Kansas city area is blowing up with royals! We got my father in law royals gear and my goodness it was crazy! I noticed the chiefs gear wasn't selling as quickly lol.
