They told me that “they” are pushing all expiration dates between now and August 18th to December.

I was so excited I didn’t ask who “they” are. As in idk if this will be an Illinois only thing or a nationwide thing.

I only have one part left and I have been too busy to study. Thankfully it’s far and I think a greater emphasize on Sims in far is a good thing.

They mean Illinois – not nationwide. They posted something a couple weeks ago saying that and they encourage other state boards to do the same. I'm very grateful they are doing this since I have one exam left and my first expires in August and it seems like some states aren't doing anything!

Is there a link to where this was posted? I want more details.

    Thanks

Hmm. I can't tell if my expiration will be moved to December. Take a test in q2 but I have a test that expires q2. That example outlines someone who test in q2 but expires in q3.

If they don't give me an extension I would have only a few weeks before I am down to 1 test again.

Tried to contact them and got nothing but rude sarcastic reponses.

If your first exam expires in Q2, then the delay in scoring would not affect you. The problem is with folks that have their first exam expiring in early Q3, and they wouldn't know if they need to retake their last exam until after that first exam expires, robbing us of that testing window.

Yes but then I lose a part and have to pass two parts the 10 weeks before I lose my next part. Don't think that's fair either. We all lose an entire window because of the AICPA incompetence.
