I had a problem with my NTS when I took an exam at the end of Q3. I had gotten married and changed my name in early July. I had filed the appropriate paper work with my state board and got the change in the system. I took an exam mid July and my name had changed correctly on my NTS and with Prometric. The day before my second exam in Q3, I noticed that the board had not changed my second NTS to my correct name. I was forced to spend 5 hours the day before my exam begging for help from people at Prometric, NASBA, and my state board. This was hopefully going to be my last exam and I was more prepared for this exam than I had been for any other exam. The amount of stress I was forced to go through the day before my exam really drained me mentally, and I was not able to finish preparing for the exam. While I know I should have checked my NTS before that day, I felt comfortable that it would be right since my NTS from my other exam was correctly changed. I am just wondering if anyone else had something similar happen to them and how did they handle it?
