Hey There

Is it good to go to accounting recruitment if you graduate from the college three years ago? The reason I ask is because it seems that most accounting firm hire from campus recruitment then post online. I would like to know how many got jobs from accounting firms not through recruitment but through job postings? Need advice and thank you so much.

Im in the same, but a little less than three years since graduating. Been working in industry. Interested in what people give as a response. Thanks for the replies
