Hi y’all, which phone do you think would be best while studying for the CPA exam? In my heart I had been planning to jump to the GS4 once my plan expired in nov but I absolutely love iOS 7. For those of you who have the iPhone 5, do you think the screen is optimal to read the ninja notes and flash cards? How smooth is using the Wiley test bank on your iPhone 5 because it totally sucks on an iPhone 4S. I’d imagine everything would be smooth for galaxy s4 members because the screen is big and pretty and the Wiley test bank online must be unproblematic right? Id really appreciate any feedback.

LG G2 is a bit bigger than the Galaxy. I just bought one, should be getting it today.

@Ajaz- I love the new software :). But I'm sure something will fail and my phone will crash right after I post this.

I have all of Jeff's stuff on my iPhone too. But, I do like to print out the notes and have them physically in my hand. I play the audio on my car via Bluetooth (which I'm sure other phones have that capability). I've had an iPhone FOREVER though, and would never want to switch. I'm sure Galaxy is just as easy to figure out.

    R - *77*(02/'13)-Becker & NINJA
    A - 71('11); *87*(04/'13)-Becker & NINJA
    F - *76*(08/'13)-Becker & NINJA - "server upgrade" survivor
    B - 60('11); *82*(10/'13) -Becker & NINA

    DONE, DONE, AND DONE.

@ Jeff. regarding your article, here's some input from a techie.

Sunspider is dependent on Mobile Safari's speed in addition to CPU, and Androids stock browser is different on every phone to some extent.

And when you run a benchmark program on Android, the code of the benchmark is identical from one phone to the next but with iOS being a totally different platform, the results will have a natural variance based on the efficiency and calibration of the benchmark. It may be close but its not truly apples to apples.

Plus, Any graphics benchmarks will be skewed by the lower resolution of the iPhone screen. Less pixels to push.

Most importantly though, I'm sure it is the fastest but Apple designs their own chips to run alongside one set of custom hardware with one operating system, designed alongside it and optimized for it.You're asking android hardware to do something a lot different.

At this stage, it just doesn't matter for anything other than mobile gaming.

By the way, I'm using an S4 if you couldn't tell from the post.

S4, it makes reading text so much easier due to the bigger screen…as a poster said above, its a no brainer,

Also if you use Wiley Test Bank, it works great on the s4

As far as speed goes, i think iphone is a little faster because it is 64bit, however if you compare their 32 bit speeds, the s4 is faster, and if i understand correctly, most applications still use a 32bit structure so 64 bit is a little useless for now (correct me if i'm wrong lol)

    I'm rocking a 4S with a custom cracked screen.

I'm totally gonna get a Galaxy S4 beginning of November. Lol Jeff since you're rocking a 4s looks like you'll probably be upgrading to a 5s pretty soon.
