Use a study planner. Whether you use the free one from Jeff or create your own, write down what you want to accomplish each day. This will help keep you on track. But realize that things happen, so give yourself enough time to be flexible.

The video didn't launch for me. All I get is a green screen. I would need to do it in another browser. Can I do that Jeff?

Always do your MCQs, pull out your flash cards whenever you have down time. Do progress test after every topic. Supplement your studies if think it's necessary, making sure that you understand every concept behind those MCQ and simulations is what important, it is not just about picking the correct choice, it's about getting the correct answer for the right reason.

Best tip I can give for a exam candidate is to pound MCQS nonstop. I would look through the Becker Sims twice max. Sims are way too expansive to study extensively for. It has worked for me so far. I never touched the final exams. Massive amounts of MCQS work for most people.Gluck every1.

When preparing for a part of the CPA exam, look at all the topics/chapters and plan a schedule to go through it. Don't set unrealistic goals and overwhelm yourself because when you start falling behind you will lose motivation and keep falling behind. Once you have a schedule, be sure to FOLLOW it. Remember, you can always squeeze out some time in the day and that time can be used toward studying for your exam. Good luck Ninjas :).

Remember, when going on an interview, be sure the vents do not still have the “factory” closures on them. Looks kinda silly to have obvious closures on the vents. They are supposed to be removed before wearing. If you wants your vents sewn shut, have a tailor do it so it can't be seen.

Tip from full time job with one hour commute, with 1 year old child at home: Take advantage of lunch breaks, audio in the car, and stay late after work! These are the best times for me to study. Plus LOTS of cramming on the weekends! Good Luck!

Exam Tip: If you work Monday – Friday, take the exam Friday afternoon. The test compares to about a half of a work day anyway. Working the morning puts you in a rhythm that matches the exam pace. Plus, it gives you the weekend to look forward to, post exam. It also gives your mind a break from the test subject for a few hours before the test. The test is as much about your performance on exam day as it is preparation so do whatever works for you to be in the right frame of mind when the pressure is on.
