My best tip (from someone who hasn't sat for any part yet), create an hourly schedule for your week and stick to it. If you plan your study and leisure time, it will help you stay sane and on track.

I have just started my goal of accomplishing this beast of exams I managed to get through FAR with studying and refreshing my intermediate skills and scored an 85 now I have AUD which will be my hardest test set to take in April all I can say is set goals and when you miss one challenge yourself to do better and remember you can over study and waste time better used on family so once you hit a wall take a minute to figure out if its the material or you that is the problem. Good luck everyone!

My study tip is to keep studying and not take days off. Even on days where you can't put in a full session of studying pick up the material and do a quick review.

The best CPA exam tip I can give is that you need to set goals

And make sure to meet those goals. Give yourself a treat at the end

each goal. I also like to go out and study since it never works for me at

Home. I also like to keep a drink and a smack with me it gives me less reasons

to get up or waste time.

My exam tip would be that while doing MCQ's, dont focus on quantity, but quality. Understand why you got an answer wrong or right. While practise makes perfect and it's great doing tons of MCQ's, dont get into this competition of number of hours studied or total mcq's completed. Focus on the concept. We will all get there, one day:)

For me, exposures to as many problems are most important. Think of it as a DMV exam, you will have to keep solve those problems till you master them.

    Study in TIME INCREMENTS:

This differs for EVERY person. Sometimes my brain can't stay focused for more than 10 minutes, and other times I can study for 2 hours straight without a flinch. Try to keep the increments as consistent as possible, but change it up if your brain just isn't performing as well as usual.

    BREAKS:

    Keep it from 2-7 minutes.

    E.g. 10-minutes study intervals=2 min breaks, 2-hour study=7 minutes, etc.

I've read articles that 10 minutes breaks for every hour is ideal, but 5-minute breaks for 1-hour study intervals work fine for me. Anything longer will start making me distracted and unfocused.

All in all, find out your personal study increment and break increment. This way when you DO study, you're focused.

My best tip is to get to know journal entries well. This will help with MCQs and SIMs. Good Luck!

Take risks: if you win, you will be happy; if you lose, you will be wise. (unknown)
