Multiple Choice questions are key. Getting use to the wording of the questions and how to pace yourself through the exam. The more MCQ's I have done the higher my score has been!

An important tip would be to knock out at least 50 to 80 questions each and everyday so oneself does not overwhelm themselves with all the information & stress of studying. 50 to 80 questions would take around 1 to 2 hours each day which should not be huge deal to give. Thanks!

My career advice is just to be confident! Even if you don’t know what you’re talking about, make it sound like you do. The first step in others believing in you is first having faith in yourself.

My tip would be to find a friend or family member that will motivate you to stick with your schedule especially when things get difficult and you don't think you can push through. It is always helpful to have someone that can be your sideline cheerleader. And find someone to be your study partner. Reading and listening to the lectures and practice questions is great but it is when you talk through the material with a study partner that it really clicks.

If you have CPA-induced narcolepsy like me, then just budget in the nap on the front-end. Example: I have two hours to study and I'm sleepy 10min in. I take a 30min power nap and am more focused the rest of the way through, instead of fighting it for 2 hours. I retain more this way.

I just started studying for my first exam which is going to be BEC. I use my lunch break to go to the library for an hour (30 mins reading/30 mins doing questions that go with what I just finished reading). I am using Becker for this because it lets me see what areas I need to focus more attention on. I purchased the NINJA notecards which sre coming in handy while im at work and taking the bus to and from work. I am also going to purchase the full NINJA notes. I think they will let me see exactly what I need to focus on. I have cleaned my desk off in my room so that I can study without the tv on. I study for 2 hours when I get home. Then I study one week on Saturday then the next on Sunday so I am not overloading myself.

I am looking forward to my first exam in April.

My best tip for studying would be to stick to a set plan each week. On Monday mornings before work I sit down and write out a day by day schedule in my planner and do my best to stick with it each day. I've found that I accomplish much more each day doing this and feel a sense of relief getting to cross out the items I finish studying for that day so I can relax a little for the rest of my night.

STUDY TIP – COMBINING NINJA NOTES + AUDIO + YOUR OWN NOTES (USING SCREEN SHOTS IS KEY)

What has worked best for me is I retype the NINJA notes in Word, then I take Screen shots and crop Visual Graphs/Images/PASS Keys (Becker/Wiley, etc. only takes 10 seconds to crop and add to notes with MAC) and drop them into the Word Notes in the appropriate topics.

Then I listen to the NINJA Audio while reading along in the NINJA Notes, that have now been supplemented with Visual Snapshots that have I accumulated from Becker MC/Wiley Simulations, etc. (the visual pieces reinforce the notes).

Listening + Written Notes + Visual Snapshots = Great recap to reinforce broad knowledge the day before or day of an exam.
