Please please design yourself a study plan that you can stick to. Go through all the multiple choices questions and whatever questions you get wrong, make notes from those and study the notes before taking the tests again.

The best tip I can give for the exam is study smart and put in the hours. If you don't understand something, don't move on until you have a firm grasp on the concept. Also, it helps to have someone study with you (even if they're studying for a different test) so you don't have to go at it alone. Finally, plan out your study sessions! So many times, I've sat down to study with no plan, and it creates so much stress not knowing where to start and where to end. My fiance and I are starting our study sessions in April for the CPA exam and the CEBS exam, and are hoping to be done by this time next year!

Put your time in studying, yes! But, whatever you do, make sure to spend quality time with your loved ones. They need to know you are still there although focused on a goal. You also need to have human connection as an energizing break from your studies.

The best studying tip that I can offer is to develop a plan early on and then adjust and fine tune it as you go forward. Remain flexible and adapt your plan to your life instead of the other way around.

Hmm Career tip: Don't be an Accountant lol I kid..I kid.

If you are just starting out, do not base your choice of a position to take entirely on the salary. I made that mistake back in the day, and it has been one of my regrets ( I turned down a position I estimate would have been a better move for the long run).

My tip is for job interviews:

Ask intelligent questions that you have prepared ahead of time that indicate that you have done your homework on the company and position. It shows that you are interested and don't just ask fuzzy questions. I've been doing that in my recent job interviews and it gets such a good response. I know that I like it when people do that for me when I am interviewing them, also,

Bonus tip: At the end of the interview, ask the person how they feel about you as a candidate for the position and if they have any concerns that you could address now. I consistently ask this and always get a positive response and it does allow me one extra moment to prove myself!
