Don't let others around you keep you from studying and doing your best. Having others negative attitude around you only pulls you down. Don't discuss the exam with people who aren't encouraging.

Don't give up if you really want it. The longer you wait the seemingly harder it all seems to get, so decide you want to do it and go for it.

    FAR - 82
    AUD - 79 (lost credit), 75
    BEC - 76
    REG - 91

The best exam tip I could give would be to spread out your study time. Don't try to cram in 4 hours if the last two you are just going through the motions and therefore its not being productive.

    FAR- FEB '14
    AUD- April/May '14
    BEC-TBD
    REG-TBD

Never give up studying. Plan ahead. The best career advice I can offer is to network and build relationships.

Best tip I've got for the CPA exam is this:

Remember what you learn while in practice but do not rely solely on that information. I unfortunately did while studying for FAR. Just because you work a lot with government and not for profit, does not mean you know the necessary material they will test you on.

If you feel good about it, brief the chapters at a minimum, you will be surprised on the things you do differently!

I would say don't get discouraged with how many times you fail (at least, I keep telling myself that!). Keep pushing hard and get through as many questions as you can. Rework the problems by hand that you get wrong (calculations only).

Study the most when you head is clear. For me, it was very early in the morning. I also NEVER studied at home because there were too many distractions. Take advantage of your office or library.
