There's only so much you can absorb in a day. Be realistic on how much material you will actually be able to get through. 2 hours a day for a few days is much better than 3 days off than 8 hours in one day.

My best advice is not to panic when you're in your last hour of studying before the exam, and you feel like you keep getting questions over topic you haven't even heard of. I had this problem on FAR and I was beyond anxious. In the end, I didn't see any problems on the exam that I hadn't studied, and I actually passed, but I think I would have actually had a higher score if I hadn't gone into the exam petrified that I hadn't studied enough.

I graduated with a BS in Accountancy 10 years ago but did not take the CPA exam in my country. Even though I have a BS, I’m still really struggling on this CPA journey. My study tips/advice is to get Ninja flashcards, I got mine when it was a $1 (Thanks to Mr. Jeff for his generosity) because he uses simple terminology and examples that are easy for me to understand. The Ninja Blitz (Again, thanks to Mr. Jeff for giving us access to listen and review it when he offered it for FREE) is really good to have too because it's direct, understandable, and not overly complicated.

My best career advice is to always have a plan. Be prepared for any situation. You never know what might arise and always always always smile!

Take notes from the audio! Writing the notes from the ninja audio is almost better than rewriting the notes from the ninja notes. You have to listen and process what's being said. It makes you slow down while you're writing. It also gives you a chance to write the problems down (on pause) and try to figure out the answer before it's said. The audio is pretty much the same content as the notes. I have and really like both.

    A:64, 73, 91!

    F:76

My study tips is to read the review material then do the problems….and then do it all over again…there is no easy way out!

The one study tip that I have found to be most effective is to take small 5-10 min break every 30 mins. This gives you time to mentally relax, review, and absorb the material.

The sooner you get the exam over with the better. Life only gets harder and more things become important.

Also surrounding yourself with supporting friends and family is helpful. At least it is helpful for me through this process.
