Best career advice, keep things in perspective. Sometimes non monetary things are as important or even more important than the money. Consider who you work with, work environment, and how much you enjoy what you do or want to do.

My study tip is something I can't study without…my study planner/schedule. I plan out the core of my studying up until test day…it holds me accountable and helps me make sure that I am ready when that test day quickly approaches. I leave just enough wiggle room that if something does come up (and it usually does) I can still stay on track. I know it sounds cliche, but it holds true for me, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing for failure”.

Study Tip: 30 mins before bedtime, study a difficult concept. Then, as you lay in bed awaiting to fall asleep, go over concept mentally until you drift off to sleep. (lol literally going to bed with the CPA exam on my mind)

My study tip is forget about your personal life and friends and really study for a few months. That way you will pass all the sections on the first try. Really got to study a few hours each day, every second you have answer another multiple choice question. Good luck studying I'm happy to be done.

Study Tip: Prioritize yourself first. Everyone's CPA journey is different, some are easier than others but we can't blame our environment for not passing. The idea is to put studying first and it eventually becomes a habit where you're canceling events because you have to study. Good luck!
