i hate this so much. i really do. i hate that i’ve been so disorganized with my studying habits. i hate that i’ve literally started studying for all 4 parts because i couldn’t figure out my schedule. i hate that i didn’t realize one of my nts expires in january. i hate that i don’t have a life. i hate that i have to study and work full-time at the same time. i hate that i wasted my entire summer having fun and now i’m paying for it right now. i just really really hate this entire exam.

You just have to remember it is going to be worth it in the end. Studying and working full time is definitely no joke I am going through it as well. You have to believe that it is for a greater purpose and continue forward.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, you have to be thankful that you even have the opportunity to go through this process, especially be thankful that you passed REG already. Keep your eye on the prize and count your blessings, it could be FAR worse!

    AUD - 1st - 60 (12/12), 61 (2/13), 61 (8/13), 78! (11/15)
    REG - 55 (2/16) 69 (5/16) Retake(8/16)
    BEC - 71(5/16) Retake (9/16)
    FAR - (8/16)

You have no idea, how much I would kill to be in your shoes, because you PASSED REG. I am having the HARDEST time with REG. Also, don't hate the process. It'll so much harder to get through it. Understand you'll be better through it. I was eating lunch by myself today and being completely stressed out about my test. How much I would KILL to just pay to obtain the license, but honestly, with that, the feeling of having that license doesn't taste or feel as good.

You'll get through it! You're at a place MUCH better than several individuals who having a difficult with no passes. You can do it. NTS expiring in January. Go study for BEC, MORE than enough time for that one. Good luck.

There are people without jobs, without college degrees (plus debt payments), etc. One person I know took FAR (her first exam) and got a 72 – sacrificed half of her summer. Re-took it just weeks ago and got her score as a 74. Took REG recently and said she failed. She was now diligently studying for AUD, but now her busy season start date clipped off her testing date since she's starting in early January. She'll have nothing done and studied for 6 months.

I'm studying 6:30pm-10pm plus weekends while working 50 hours a week. My friends are not sleeping at all because they work at investment banks.

You've passed REG – you are already beginning to finish this. Once FAR and REG is done – constructively speaking you've passed the entire CPA exam.

Focus on one part at a time – don't move on past far until it's passed. This is a one time investment of time for a lifetime of benefit. You will regret quitting. I'm taking a serious tone on this – passing reg and/or far is definitely not something to be sneezed at.

Keep it up!!! You basically have just FAR left…

Did you find studying sims helpful when you took reg? I'm debating that right now – might just study 3 & 4 sims only.

I like Mtaylo's advice. Be thankful for what we have. My cousin who is working abroad currently said the kids there dont even have the chance to go to school and are happy to even get a kids book (the ones with pictures, I assume). Though this process sucks and all but we should be happy we are given this opportunity.

I 100% agree I am very thankful for having a job..food on the table every day and not having to worry about not having money to pay my bills. I am also thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow as a whole on a daily basis. God bless all and have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

I didnt mean to preach or anything of that sort. 🙂 Oh, and Happy Score Release Eve!! LMAO. My little cousins like to put “eve” after every day prior to holiday or a special occasion lol.

You have to choose to do this and crush it.
