So i took FAR first seeing it that their was so much fear surrounding it, then i took AUD since it was still a bit fresh and REG after that would was a major challenge. Now my goal was to leave BEC for last because as i understood it that was the easiest out of the bunch, well O BOY WAS I WRONG. Im only on the beginning of chapter two using Beckers which is all surrounding cost accounting and man these questions are more brutal then any other i have seen in the other three exams. I have no idea how in the world some of these questions are meant to be answered in a minute and a half. These questions give a massive amount of distractor information, and they involve thinking outside the box, and i have seen ones with more then three separate calculations all in one problem. For anyone who passed, how in the world did you get through this?

    FAR-76 First attempt.
    AUD-79 First attempt.
    REG-79 First attempt.
    BEC-79 First attempt.

    Done!

    BECKERS

@ Moac Majority of the stuff i can grasp but i need a lot of practice, as for COSO i could not get anything right, i agree that Beckers did a bad job, can you recommend what you used?

Also at @ eest, i would rather take FAR again then have to try BEC, cost accounting is terrible.

I used Becker only. Went over the COSO and ERM material at least 3-4 times. By the exam time I had nailed down most of the concept but on the exam day I was left stranded. I had no idea about quite a few COSO questions.

Btw in the exam hardly there was a question which required more than 2 minutes of my time. I know what you meant when you said there is no way some of the Becker questions can solved within 2 minutes and there are plenty of those, especially in first 2 lectures. However, don't freak out due to those questions. They are there to improve your concepts and thought process. Exam questions are easier and shorter. And after first two lectures questions will get shorter.

FAR May 2012 81 (lost credit, didn't sit for other sections.)
    FAR 86 Aug 2015
    AUD 85 Nov 2015
    BEC 84 Dec 2015
    REG 78 Mar 2016

Passed ALL sections in first attempt!!

I fell in he BEC Hole once. The REG book came after with me and hit me on the head knocking me out. While out cold, I was having AUD nightmares. I only woke up to a real nightmare which was FAR.
