I am set to take my REG retake on 10/2 at a semi-local Prometric site, and I feel like I am making headway and strides towards a hopeful pass, but obviously more study time would be better.

I am going to a conference in New York City 10/4-10/7. I have been to NYC many times and often when I arrive on the first day I don’t do much since I have the conference the next morning.

I found an open test slot in NYC on the early evening of the 4th.

So my two options I am weighing:

1) Change nothing and take my exam on the 2nd making the 1st the last study day.

OR

2) Reschedule my exam for the 4th in NYC giving me he last time to study on the 4th while I travel (About 6 hours of travel).

So if I reschedule I will have an extra 2.5 days of study time, but I feel bad because I would be cutting into my time in NYC………what do you guys think? If I switch to NYC I would be walking out of the test center no later than 7pm and in Manhattan no later than 7:30pm.
