Hey guys. I’m working very soon but I haven’t heard from the HR yet. Is it normal that they don’t send out emails to you? And if they do, are they suppose to send you information about your 1st day of work within 1 week of notice?

The last email that the HR sent to me was 2 months ago. HR told me my official starting date and general info. about training. After that, I haven’t heard back from HR. I’m starting my job very soon and I’m a bit worry. I won’t know what time I should arrive at work and etc. Should I email HR and follow up? Am I overly anxious?
