    Hey guys,
So just wondering if I pass my exams how do I get license if I dont work under a CPA? I have worked for 11 months at a public accounting before I was let go. The state I live in requires 2000 hours for the work experience and I logged in just few hundred below that threshold.
Im not exactly sure what to do once I pass these exams. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

In my state you can combine more than one job to get the one year of experience. Not sure if it's the same in most or all places. I'm not sure how you'd screen for working under a CPA in the future other than looking for a job in public. I suppose when you've interviewed somewhere and you have the name of your future manager (assuming you don't find out they're a CPA earlier), you could look them up on your state's CPA lookup website.
