I got my license back in December of 2018 and have now been in the field for a little over 2 years. I’m trying to figure out how to start bringing in my own business and developing my own set of clients; however, I’m not exactly sure where to start. Most of the guys in my firm are older (late 40’s at the youngest) and it seems like all their new business is just referrals. They obviously didn’t just get to that point though. Any advice on where a good place to start would be? I’m in IL by the way if that makes any difference.
