I’m looking for a new apartment since I’m moving out there.

I found an awesome apartment complex (basketball courts, community, etc)

Decent 1B, 1 Bath for $1040/month plus $182 flat utilities. So all included (cable, a/c, water, electric, etc) would be $1225/month.

The apartment itself and surrounding area gets my vote. But I don’t know if I’m getting screwed on utilities or not.

    Do those prices sound ok?

$182 in utilities seems cheap as hell. Just cable and internet here is about that much. It gets pretty damn cold in Philly in the winter. Having a flat $182 and being able to run the heater all the time, or even AC during the summer and not paying for the excessive use, plus the electricity is well worth the $182. Factoring in cable and internet, $182 is cheap as hell.
