I have Far expiring on Oct. 15th.

I am left with Aud and Reg. It looks like if I take Aud and Reg before Sep 10th I get a score on 22nd.

Do you think I can get new NTS and take the two exams again on Oct if I get failing scores on 22nd?

I really want my last chance on Oct. But last time before CPA exam was changed I took Reg in January reapplied for NTS right away got it on Feb. but NTS date didn’t allow me to take the exam until April 1st so I lost chance to retake Reg in March.

I am worried if something like this happens again then I should not take the exam until the date Far expires to fully prepare

The reason your NTS wouldn't let you take REG again until April 1 is because you can only take each section once during a given quarter. So if you took AUD and REG in September (third quarter) you would be able to take both of them again in October (fourth quarter). The only possible problem you could run into is seat availability in October being limited since you are going to have to wait until after the September 22nd score release to get your new NTS and schedule your exams.
