How Does Your First Pass Taste? - Page 2

After scoring 62 in FAR in Jan-2013, and 72 in AUD in May-2013, it’s indescribable how it feels to see a perfect score of 75 in my AUD-retake in August.

I’m extremely grateful I can move on with other materials now.

Had I failed AUD again, I don’t know how am I going to tackle this part anymore. I would literally puke if I had to study AUD again.

I wept to God in prayers and asked HIM to give me easy research questions and God answered. I got 2 easy research questions about the standards that provide guidance on the date of such report and what is the content to include in such report.

They were bonus SIMs and the rest of the 5 items were purely AUD-related materials, not FAR-related questions that I was really scared of.

My first pass tastes a mixture of excitement and fear. Excitement that 1 is now down and yet so fearful of the rest of the 3 parts that I have to conquer along the way.

My time has just started to click.

I'm with fightingforsanity on this one. Passed FAR! After coming home from the exam, sobbing and lying comatose in bed for 2 days, this is a really, really nice surprise.

    FAR 8/2013 - Passed!
    REG 11/2013 - Passed!
    AUD 1/2014

I started this journey with a 70 in Aud and a 66 in Bec. I retook audit 4 months later and got an awesome 73. I had already signed up for BEC so I figured I would do nothing but MC till the test and wound up getting an 84 for my first pass. Part of me was hoping to fail that one so the “clock” would not start running on the 18mo window. We are in the process of relocating, having a 2nd kid, and remodeling a house…

In the same week that I found out I passed I also found out we are having a boy! Probably the best week of my life outside of the day my daughter was born.

My reaction was watery eyes, and complete disbelief. I JUST received my official score notifiation days later, and I can finally put to rest that my “PASS” is official, and I can stop checking the website.

I was at work when I passed my first section, BEC. My coworkers had been so supportive of my studying and it seemed like they were more anxious than I was. I couldn't believe the 85 (I still to this day don't know how I passed) on my screen. I sat there quietly and cried a little for 15 minutes, then I got up and told everyone at work and called my mom. It was a great day. Needless to say, I partied the entire weekend.

    BEC -(4/16/13)- 85
    AUD -(7/16/13)- 75
    REG -(8/31/13)- 86
    FAR -(12/3/13)- 75

    I am DONE!!
