So I will graduate this spring and be eligible to sit for the CPA in my respective state because I will have satisfied all the course requirements. What is the next step that I do to register for the CPA/what websites do i visit and such. My big 4 company will provide me with becker materials to study, and I’m assuming they will pay for my tests as well. I think I know the first two test dates that I want to schedule, how do i go about registering for those dates too?

i see when you register it says you have to send your transcript. If my second semester classes don't have grades yet because i still have one more semester, does that mean i have to wait until after i graduate to apply?

I'm sure it is different for every state, but here in Minnesota you can sit for the exam if you're within 90 days of education requirements. So for me, I was still taking my audit class I needed to sit for the exam but was within 90 days of completing it. I sent in my transcripts so far, and I also had to send in a certificate of enrollment. Now that my semester is done, I have so many more days to send in another transcript to show that I finished the class/education requirements. Depending on your state, it is possible that you won't be able to sit right now since you are graduating in the spring. You should check out the nasba website for your state requirements.

all of those things are true for my state. i work for a B4 starting in august and they pay for my test fees. how am i supposed to get them to pay for it if it asks me to put in a credit card and they haven't given me a corporate card or anything yet?

Something you will probably have to ask the office manager to see how that works. They may just reimburse you for the cost. Are you within 90 days of meeting the education requirement? If you're not, you need to hold off on putting an application in. For Minnesota anyway, we have 30 days from the time they receive the application to receive your transcript and certificate of enrollment. So if you pay for and apply to sit for the exam and you are not within 90 days of education requirements, you will forfeit the application fee.

I would start by checking your state board's website to determine your eligibility to sit for exams before laying out any cash.
