Hi everyone! I have a question about early distribution penalty of pension here.

A company will fire some people. It give several options about the pension.

1, give the total amount to employee

2,give the annuity each month

3,the company help you to rollover to IRA

4,the employee uses the distribution to buy municipal bond which is used to pay for the highly education expense.

what amount will they subject to early withdraw penalty for each option?
