I guess the post’s title says it all.
FWIW, if anyone is familiar with or interested in it,I’m working on using “The Method of Loci” to build “Memory Palaces”, which is an awesome mnemonic technique I discovered.
I guess one of the main problems here is, exactly what to formally memorize? Becker has their own mnemonics, which I guess are a good beginning, but the Method of Loci method system could be applied to anything. So definition, methods, rules, decisive moments, even specific MCQ’s, comprehensive examples or Sims – these could all be memorized using the Method of of Loci to build Memory Palaces.
So – just wondering – what do you work to commit to memory vs understandably comprehend? Comprehensions always better, but usually I feel a need to recollect myself to form a comprehensive understanding.
I know this is a subjective question, but… anyone?
