I was looking to reschedule my exam. I didn’t make a confirmation or anything. Now I am not sure I want to. How do I know if they cancelled my existing appointment already? I didn’t confirm, I just looked up dates, but I did enter my appointment confirmation. Made it all the way to the part that says the reschedule fee is $35, then I went back.

Of course it is Sunday and no one can help me from Prometric! Should my preexisting appointment be valid still?

If you go to try to reschedule again — as if you did before does it show you what your current date scheduled is? I don't think it will reschedule if you haven't confirmed it.

your fine unless you actually type in your credit card info and click confirm. You usually get an email shortly after. Your good.
