I work as an auditor (staff 2) at one of the big 4 firm, and I realize that public accounting isn’t for me.
And I would like to apply for a government related job in the near future (maybe in 1 or 2 years).
Right now, I work with oil and gas client, but I would like to switch to different client with different industry other than oil and gas. I which my company has government related client, but they don’t and I can’t really think of any industry that I can think of to request to switch that may help my resume when I apply for any government job.
Are there any one who used to work for public accounting and got a government related job? Can u share which industry u worked on or recommend getting into that may help at least little bit??
Thanks for reading!
