Franchisee

    Hi, I know this isn’t CPA related. but I was curious if Im looking to buy a franchise as a franchisee like a taco bell. If I want to form an LLC first then franchise it through the LLC do I still need to apply for the food permits etc? Im trying to set one through legal zoom but not sure which package is best. This would be a family run franchise, if all goes well.

    @IWANNABEACPA2017 i am also interested in the getting a franchise especially in telecommunications.

    Best of luck to you, Keys!! I didnt realize how stressful this is.. if it weren't for the fact I'm sick of an office job id prob not look into franchising. I guess I could still use what i learn from my job and carry those knowledge over if all goes as plan.
