I notice some people tag names on this forum.
How do you do that?
I never seem to receive notifications if I have been tagged in a thread.
Anyone know if I need to turn on notifications somewhere so I receive e-mails if I have been tagged?

Why are there no ads on this forum?

I've just literally been typing the @ sign followed by the username. I don't know if it does anything beyond graphically distinguish the text and link to your user profile. I've aged out of that period where I understood how the internet works.
