During my studying I have begun to realize that there are a ton of formulas and calculations to be remembered. Will the question on the exam give us the formula or do I need to remember all of the formulas? I realize this may be a stupid question but would appreciate a response and would help my approach in my study path! Thank you!!

You need to memorize the formulas unfortunately.

You need to have a working knowledge of the formulas and how they are interrelated. You will probably have questions where the formula is a + b = c, but they only give you a, and you can back your way into c by using some other formulas and info from the fact pattern, and THEN you can use basic algebra to get to b. That's how well you need to know the formulas.

Flash cards are a good method for memorizing formulas, but you also need to lots of practice in applying the formulas to word problems. That requires practicing the related MCQs over and over again. This will teach you how to pick out the relevant info and what to do with it.
