I purchased the flash cards last night and I just tried setting them up on brainscape but it won’t allow me to create my own set of flash cards. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi,

I had to use it on my desktop and Import the CSV file that way. I think the first time I did it, I added a new deck or subject then I was able to add the files.

I downloaded the file myself onto my desktop but when I go onto Brainscape I hit the create your own and then it brings me to a page that says “Oops, that page doesn't exist”

Do you see something that says add new subject?

I see the subject and a green plus sign. I try clicking on it and it does absolutely nothing for me lol.

Thanks for the help I figured it out. I had to download the app onto my iPhone and then create a new deck on there and then imported it on my computer.
