I will be starting at a big 4 firm (audit) this November in Boston and am curious as to what I should expect my first couple of years, in terms of type of work and hours..ect. Basically your experience..thanks!

As with most offices, probably at least 50-60 hours a week during busy season (if not throughout the year, and possibly more). Just be on your best behavior (i.e. show up on time, be friendly, be professional, have fun) and be sure to ask intelligent questions and take notes. Don't feel let down if you have to do work you don't want to do (making copies, scanning, hole-punching, etc.), remember it's all stepping stones to get to where you want to be.
