Hi everyone, new poster here. I am getting to ready to sit for my first section (REG) on August 9th. I am using becker self study and have just completed going through all the material for the first time. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the best way to review the material for the final 2.5 weeks.

The plan I had come up with was to spend around 3 hours a section re-reading the chapters, making flash cards for really important stuff and doing a few multiple choice questions per chapter. Then when that is done to just do as many practice questions and exams that I have time for.

Anything I am missing or any other suggestions of ways to go about my review?

    Thanks

    FAR - 79 - 11/25/15
    BEC - 80 - 1/4/16

MCQ, MCQ, MCQ, then re-read anything you don't understand, then MCQ, MCQ, MCQ! That's what helped me feel good about the MCQs I got on the test. Also, make sure to go over the new AICPA released questions… you never know if you'll see a question like it on the actual test!

2.5 weeks is too long to review. I would move your test up a week. Do the MCQ's for the all the chapters again and do 20 question progress tests. Then do the final review tests a few days before the exam.

    BEC - 82
    REG - 86
    FAR - 85
    AUD - 84 and I'm out!!!!!
    Ethics - 95
