Did any body else recently take the FAR section and feel like you failed because of the sims? Those things were terrible haha! Is it normal to feel like you failed because of them? I feel really good about how I performed on the mcq, but a couple of the sims killed me haha!

Yeah I took it last week and the instructions on all of my SIMs were hard to understand. Hopefully got just enough points off of them to pass.

Yeah, I took FAR last week and also felt awful about the sims, mostly because I ran out of time and ended up randomly filling in blanks on a couple of them. I honestly don't know how they expect Anyone to do a good job on the MCQ's and then actually have enough time left to understand and complete all 7 sims correctly before time runs out. One can only hope that the sims are heavily curved!

I just got done taking FAR about an hour and a half ago and I feel that same way.

Didn't think the MCQ were tooo awful, but those sims… Bleh. I pretty much had no idea and ended up inputting a bunch of random numbers for one of them, hope it's the pretest. And as for the others, I could make some educated guesses on the numbers/JEs but there was so much info for some that really made me second guess things. I felt confident in some but very few of my inputs.

SIMS kicked my *ss in the FAR I took yesterday. They were not actually hard once I took the time but I just didnt know one at all (guessed and threw in some numbers) and the rest took ALL of the 2.5 hours I had for SIM.

I took FAR last Friday, and I felt like the MC questions were easier than I expected (not easy, but easier than I expected) and the sims were harder than I expected. I didn't feel good about two of the sims at all.
