Hey candidates,

I wonder if anyone has experienced cancellation on the exam day without any notice.

I went to test center in Frankfrut this morning, and was told the exam is cancelled because the personnel at prometric is sick. Ridiculous..

I tried to reach Prometric Europe center and they are not receiving calls..

I sent the email explaining this situation to candidatecare@nasba.org.

Anyone who has experienced similar?

Wondering if my NTS can be extended and I can get proper compensation.

I am taking train back home which takes 4 hours.. I even stayed one night at the hotel to be on time at 9 a.m.

Please share your experience, it would be huge help to me.
