    Recently I passed my fourth cpa exam and am going to study for the ethics test for California. I was wondering if anybody knew some links to get study materiel from.

    REG - 76
    BEC - 75
    FAR - 77
    AUD - 70,76

    You'll receive study material once you've paid for the exam. If I remember correctly, you get 1 year and 3 attempts to pass the exam from the date of purchase.

    Just wondering what would happen if you did not pass the ethics exam after 3 attempts? Also is it possible to lose any of your exam credits after you passed all four?

    AUD: 74, 67, 76!
    BEC: 70, 75!
    FAR: 76!
    REG: 67, 73, 79!

    If you don't pass after 3 attempts within the year, you have to repurchase. don't know about losing exam credits, but I think all the requirements need to be completed within maybe 2 years after exams are completed (again, not sure about timeline)…

    When I took it a while back, if you failed the first 3 attempts, you can call them and they'll reset your account for another 3 attempts. If you still don't make it, you have to pay again!

    @Jlobel, you can get up to 6 attempts for the California Ethics Exam. Here's an excerpt from the PDF document that @On2Sum shared:

    If necessary, when may I retake the exam?

    You have up to six attempts to pass the PETH Exam, after that you will have to repurchase the self-study course. After the third attempt, you will have to have the course reactivated by CalCPA Education Foundation customer service at (800) 922-5272. You may retake the PETH Exam at any time within one year of your purchase date
