This is an ethics issue, maybe?

I have some re-performance work that I’m doing, and I have a suspicion there is a problem (possibly control deficiency). I have sent the question to the auditee, but haven’t received a response after 2 weeks.

Here’s the issue…my boss thinks I’m holding up the audit just because I’m picky, and he has now re-done everything…and he says my name will NOT be attached to the work.

He has now told me to ask only HIM questions on any future work, and he will forward questions to the auditee.

Should I just back off here? I can’t get another job until I pass the rest of my exams.
