I’m about 75% done with mine but feel like every free moment I have needs to be spent working towards my next test (BEC). I’m scared to death I’m going to forget to finish my taxes, but still I procrastinate.

I passed by a guy today in a store wearing a H&R Block shirt…briefly thought for a moment…but then kept going. Absolutely preposterous to even consider…

Yes, I’ll finish them. I just don’t know when yet.

Am pretty thankful for the knowhow to do my own, but just wish taxes weren’t due until after I was done with all the tests.

DONE. My 2013 taxes are now submitted without needing to file an extension.

I hate that when you earn over a certain amount you can't deduct student loan interest.

Student loan interest should be deductible fully and always. It should not be subject to a phaseout.

Student loan interest should be deductible fully and always. It should not be subject to a phaseout.

I have to beg my son's daycare provider to resend my 2013 statement or at least give me her tax ID #. Other than that I am done. But I really need at least her tax ID number. I owe for federal and have a refund for state, my net is $25, I think that is a $25 refund… I forget. I'm studying REG… My SIL gave me her taxes yesterday. So in my sparetime today I'll get hers done. She is a single mom, not a lot going on so it should be quick, but still UGH!

Hahaah — mine are done. We got them done two weeks ago. Yep hubby and I tend to do them as soon as possible and be done with it so there is less for me to worry about other than sitting the CPA exams
