I’m about 75% done with mine but feel like every free moment I have needs to be spent working towards my next test (BEC). I’m scared to death I’m going to forget to finish my taxes, but still I procrastinate.

I passed by a guy today in a store wearing a H&R Block shirt…briefly thought for a moment…but then kept going. Absolutely preposterous to even consider…

Yes, I’ll finish them. I just don’t know when yet.

Am pretty thankful for the knowhow to do my own, but just wish taxes weren’t due until after I was done with all the tests.

    REG - Nov 4, 2013: 88
    FAR - Feb 27, 2014: 86
    AUD - April 5, 2014: 91
    BEC - May 6, 2014: 83

I e-filed our taxes at midnight Thursday and was so looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend. Relatives I haven't seen in years are coming out if the woodwork at the last minute asking for help. Maybe not such a good idea to post that I have a new CPA license on FB. :/

I finished mine early, but I just got information to do my brother's return. He's 26, and made over $100,000. I now question everything I've ever done…

Thinking about extension for our own even though they are 80% done, but still need to do my aunt's & uncle's and my sister's. Ugh.

    BEC: 73, 81
    AUD: 85
    FAR: 71, 77
    REG: 74, 75...finally DONE! 😀

*This is my 2nd attempt at the CPA exam. For all of you who have failed this exam many times, given up on it, or taken a break like me, remember that it is still possible to finish what you started...failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently 🙂

I told myself I was going to do my taxes today before I went to bed, but I've been in BEC since 7 this morning (except for a quick run to the grocery store).

My brain does not want to engage taxes.

Its comforting to know I'm not the only one. Funny, even though I passed REG, I have no idea how to file for an extension. I know it exists, but have never done it before. Anyone care to enlighten me just in case…
