Does it hurt for a IT student apply for assurance in the big four?

    I am currently a IT student with a background in accounting as my undergraduate degree and recently passed all the cpa exams. I want to apply for the assurance position in the Big Four. Yet, I am concerned that they will ask me why I choose audit since my current degree is in IT. But basically, I just like audit – and I am pretty good at it.So what if they ask me questions about why I choose IT, which does not have much to do with audit?
